You're most likely in the wrong department tab. A Service RO won't appear under Sales or Parts — the department tab must match the invoice type.

Check the department tabs at the top of the Process Transactions screen.
Tabs: Sales · Service · Parts · Rental

Switch to the tab that matches the invoice — Service for service ROs, Parts for parts invoices, Sales for vehicle sales.

Search for the repair order again.
Correct department selected but RO still not there?
The DMS may not have synced yet. Wait 2–3 minutes and search again. If the customer is waiting, use Manual Payment (to the right of the search bar) to enter the RO number and amount manually and process immediately.
RO has been missing for more than 15 minutes? Email support@dealerworks.io with the RO number, department, and how long it's been missing.
