Cash or check payment? Reverse Transaction is for card payments only — bring cash/check corrections to your office manager.


Card payment? If you see an error, your account likely doesn't have the required permission.

Void access (same-day): Set by your dealership — not universal. If you don't have it, ask your office manager.

Refund access (prior-day): Restricted to office staff at most dealerships. Bring it to your office manager — this is by design.
