When to use this: If the system is not syncing to an invoice or is displaying an incorrect amount, processing a manual payment provides a quick workaround.
- Open the Manual Payment menu.
Click the Manual Payment button. This expands the top menu with the payment fields. - Enter the payment details.
Fill in the following fields:- Customer Name
- Invoice Number
- Amount
- Click Receive Payment.
This takes you to the standard payment screen. - Complete the transaction.
Select the preferred payment method, then click Process to finalize.
