Don’t run the refund again until you’ve talked to us.
Some failures are retried automatically
The sponsor bank retries some failed refunds on its own. That doesn’t happen with every failure, so send it to us either way.
Have this ready
- The RO or invoice number on the original payment
- The amount
- The date the original payment was taken
