How to Change or Reset Your PIN

DealerWorks uses terminal PINs to authenticate actions at the point of sale. You can view, edit, or regenerate your PIN codes at any time through Administrative Settings.

Steps

1. 1 In the left navigation, expand Administrative and click Settings.
2. 2 Click the Account Information tab, then select PIN Codes from the top navigation bar.
3. 3 Your terminal PIN codes are listed here. Click Edit to set a specific PIN, or click Regenerate to have DealerWorks assign a new one automatically.
