Add Items to Favorites Bar for Quick Access

The Favorites bar pins your most-used screens to the top of the left navigation so you can reach them with one click — no need to expand menus each time. You can favorite any item that has a star icon next to it.

Steps

  1. 1 In the left navigation, expand the section that contains the screen you want to favorite — for example, General to find Process Transactions.
  2. 2 Click the star icon next to the item you want to save. The item will immediately appear under Favorites at the top of the left navigation for one-click access.

Tip: You can favorite as many items as you like. To remove a favorite, click the star icon again and it will be unpinned from the Favorites bar. Favorites are saved per user, so each team member can customize their own.
