Your PIN is set when your account is created, and you can change it yourself at any time.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Account Information → Pin Codes.
The page lists every dealership your account has access to, with the PIN for each.
Changing one
- Find the dealership you want to change the PIN for.
- Click Edit to type a new one, or Regenerate to have one made for you.
The eye icon shows a PIN you can’t remember, and the copy icon copies it. - If a dealership shows No PIN set, use Set PIN or Generate PIN.
One per dealership
You need a PIN set for every dealership on your account. They don’t have to be different from each other — the same PIN across all of them is fine.
