WHAT’S HAPPENING	READ THIS
You can’t sign in, or you’ve forgotten your password	I can’t log in
Your account says it’s locked	My account is locked
Somebody new is starting	Add a new user
Somebody needs different access than they have	Change what someone can do
Somebody has left	Remove someone’s access
Somebody is moving to another store	Move someone to a different store
