The payout report shows what actually landed in the bank, day by day.
Find it
- Go to Accounting and open Payout Reports.
- Read down by date.
What each row means
| COLUMN | WHAT IT IS |
|---|---|
| ID | The payout’s own reference. Quote it if you contact us about a deposit. |
| Date | When the payout was created. |
| Merchant Name | Which of your accounts it went to. |
| Status | Where the payout has got to. |
| Amount | What was paid out. |
Why there is more than one a day
Departments can have their own balance account, so a single day often produces several payouts — one for the main account and one for each department that has its own. They will not all be the same amount and they are not duplicates.
Read the Merchant Name to tell them apart.
